APD does not sub out any portion of our projects. We employee full-time workers who are covered by full-time workers compensation. You do not need to worry about APD working on your property.
Highly rated / Highly satisfied customers
Check out our many 5-star reviews on Google and Facebook.
We perform a free inspection and explain what needs to be done in order to take your property from sinkhole activity to a repaired home.
There are no hidden fees in our pricing. You will know the cost before the process begins and we will not collect full payment until you are fully satisfied with your foundation repair.
Best industry warranty that is fully transferable
Not only do we offer the BEST, fully transferable warranty in the industry, we provide you with a signed and sealed engineering report to bring your home back up to value.
Foundation and Concrete solutions that work!
Since 2014, we have completed hundreds of commercial and residential projects. APD understands the foundation process from start to finish.
APD is well versed in underpinning, injection grout piers, chemical grout and poly foam injection. We create a solution according to your budget and property needs.
Our Polyurethane Division has completed hundreds of concrete projects, including Weeki Wachee Springs and The Florida Aquarium.
Types of Foundation Repairs
Underpinning is one of the more popular methods of sinkhole repair. The weight of your home is lifted on special piers known as “Underpins”. These underpins are inserted deep below the earth until they hit solid ground. This underpinning method strengthens an existing structure's foundation.
Underpinning may be accomplished by extending the foundation in depth or breadth so it either rests on a more supportive soil stratum or distributes its load across a greater area. This underpinning method is generally applied when the existing foundation is at a shallow depth, but works well up to fifty feet deep.
Helical piers are like a giant screws inserted vertically into the ground to a depth where the soil layer is stable enough to support the structure. They literally lift the home back to its original position and prevent any further settlement from happening.
Installation causes minimal disruption to the homeowner. Cracks in the foundation of the home or building will close. Windows and doors should be easier to operate properly again.
Installing helical piers is an efficient, quick way to bring your property back to its full value--a plus in today's real estate market.
Grout Injection Piers
Grout Injected Piers are a combination of two different methods of sinkhole and foundation repair. Grout Injected Piers are large diameter, perforated, steel pins that are installed beneath your home until competent limestone, or solid bedrock is reached. Then grout is pumped in to seal off the limestone layer.
This is the most common form of sinkhole repair. A low slump grout is used in areas with sinkhole conditions. It is injected into soils at or above the limestone layer to seal collapsed limestone, fill voids and compact loose soils. Grouting is the best method to repair homes that have loose soil.
This grouting method is sometimes recommended by engineers to stabilize shallow soils around the perimeter and near the surface of your home following Compaction Grouting or Foundation Underpinning. The chemical will expand after being injected and firm up all loose soils that may be causing cracks and damage to your home.
How does deep foam injection work to correct foundation issues?
Poly foam injected into the ground stabilizes the subgrade by binding soils together. This both stabilizes and strengthens the subgrade beneath the residence or the concrete slab. Enough foam, with correct application, will lift slabs and structures.
Each project differs depending
on the objective of the project
the weight of the slab or structure
where the subgrade is unstable
which material is best to address the situation (see next column for more information)
An engineer is often required to determine the exact weight and load of a structure and why the subgrade has failed to support it.
We treat sinkholes and concrete problems with a Polyurethane Foam that is both 100% environmentally safe and 100% Hydrophobic (Hydro-Insensitive).
HF202 is a hydro-insensitive polyurethane foam specifically designed for jobs where water or moisture is present. This 2.5 lb. per cubic foot foam was designed to set up in the presence of water and to maintain dimensional stability in wet environments. HF202 is great for residential concrete and sinkhole applications.
HF202FAST- Quick reaction times and low density make this foam great for lifting smaller lighter cement slabs. Not only is it hydro-insensitive, it maintains dimensional stability.
HF402 is another hydro-insensitive polyurethane foam specifically designed for jobs with water or moisture present. This 4 lb. per cubic foot foam was designed to set up in the presence of water and will maintain dimensional stability in wet environments. This versatile poly foam can be used for residential, commercial and/or industrial foundation and concrete applications.
HF402FAST–The same strength as the HF 402, but with the speed of the HF 202 for less spread. Recommended for shallow deep foam injection sub-grade application, the faster reaction time makes it more suitable for lifting.
HydroFoam was specially developed to resist hydrolysis, a chemical process in which water breaks down foam overtime causing the foam to shrink. Designed to not only set up in the presence of water, but to maintain dimensional stability, HMI’s hydro-insensitive foam holds up where other brands fail.

Our Satisfied Customers Say It Best
Foam Injection to Level Pool Deck and Foundation
First of all. Joseph showed up to review 3 different scopes all related to stabilization. He provided a detailed estimate and after a few questions and changes modified the scope and pricing to meet my objectives for the repairs.
Jeff and Adam showed up on time on the scheduled day to repair and level 3 spots around the pool deck and to stabilize a room addition that was settling. They went to work to complete the repairs. It was obvious that they were experienced and also know what they were doing. Watching them inject and level the pool deck was like watching artists as they worked through the different steps and continued to monitor several cracks during the process. Anyway, they completed all the work successfully and cleaned up everything before leaving at the end of the day. Jeff & Adam were true professionals and took a lot of pride in doing a great job. Thanks for all you do!
